Ticket Reservations: Virginia Zoo and Norfolk Botanical Garden members receive up to 6 FREE general admission tickets per day as part of our Member Swap.
To Reserve:

3. Any additional tickets beyond the six will be charged at regular price.

Day Of Your Visit:
- Please bring your e-ticket(s) on your mobile device or printed out.
- Your membership card and a valid photo ID are required for check-in.
- The ticket system defaults to our opening time, but you may arrive at any time during operating hours on your selected date.
