After purchasing ticket(s), you will receive two emails. One is informational and the other includes your eTicket(s). Please check your email settings and spam folder if you are having trouble finding either email.
You will need to bring your eTicket(s) on your mobile device or in print form on the date of your visit.
Please note:
- Nauticus - General Admission Tickets are only valid for your specified date.
- Additional tours are available as add-ons to your purchase see more or select "add-on" at the top right of your cart.
- Military/Senior Discount: Please bring a valid identification with you upon arrival. If proof of discount qualification is not provided, you will be charged the cost to upgrade to a Full Price General Admission ticket. Military discount is only available to the active duty service member with valid ID.
- Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets purchased at a promotional rate are unable to be rescheduled.
MEMBERS: General admission is always free for members. Simply display your digital membership card upon arrival to our admissions team for access to Nauticus.
