Important Ticket Details:
· Tickets are only valid for your specified date and time, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled (rain or shine event), unless you purchase the “FLEX” option.
· Must arrive at your specified timeframe and your ticket must be scanned within 15 mins of your selected time slot. Due to capacity limits, early arrivals before your time frame do not guarantee entry.
· Flex tickets: Allow purchaser to enable a one-time reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances (blackout dates apply, must contact office within 48 hours of new date to confirm change).
· Military tickets: (Active / Dependents / Veteran): Must present valid identification upon arrival. If not provided, you will be charged the cost to upgrade to a full priced ticket.
· Nauticus Member Discount: Please login to your member account to receive additional $5.00 OFF per ticket. Member discount will apply to tickets included in your member level (ex. Nauticus 2 = 2 discounted tickets). Need to create an account? Register here.
